Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but here goes
I have just read about this free download in a recent mag. I've just tried it and think it's so helpful.
It's called 'the Belarc Advisor' and provides a complete audit of software and hardware installed on your computer.
It will also tell you if you are up to date with windows updates and also will give you all the product keys for installed software.
Just to run this and keep a print out might help some of you in the future.
Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge than me could try it and think it's worthwhile for everyone.
the link is:
Belarc Advisor

Try and see what you think

Belarc Advisor is a very good, small application that many of us use and recommend; in fact, it is already on the BC list of "recommended" freeware applications:

I know what you mean about all the information, and even I find things I missed or forgot after over a year here. You should pat yourself on the shoulder for discovering Belarc, seeing what it was about, and then trying to help other members by posting about it here.
Thanks,
John
