I just noticed that my DVD-ROM and CD-ROM are not being recognized. I have had this computer for years and never had a problem with these devices. I have not made any computer changes recently. In device manager, they have a yellow exclamation point next to them. The "properties" says that the drivers are missing or corrupt and states error 39. I tried updating, and also uninstalling and reinstalling, but it isn't fixing it. Windows Troubleshooting gives me no other options. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
