I really hope that someone might be able to help me...when I go to turn on my pc all I get is a blue screen.

At the start i get 2 option

Both options bring a blue screen and nothing more...Very worried and not sure what to do?? is anyone able to advise what might be wrong and/or how I might be able to fix it?

Rapidly tap the F8 key just before the Windows splash screen shows.
This should get you the option for Safe Mode.
If things work in Safe Mode, reboot and select Safe Mode with Networking.
Then update your Video driver from the website of the manufacturer of your video chipset.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
