Stand-alone/bootable version of combofix?

As most of you here know, some computers have infectors that make it hard to impossible to boot into the Windows OS; a Stand-alone/bootable version of combofix would be an ideal solutions . . . is there one/are there plans to make one? I'd pay real money for it! :thumbsup:
