Look familiar?

If you uninstalled a program using this file, there is a high probability that a marker remains for a startup item relating to such.

You can attempt to track it down and disable/remove it from your system, using AutoRuns for Windows - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx . I would look on the Logon tab of this program, leaving the others alone.
