Hello, I have been asking a lot of people about firewalls for vista for the past few days,

I have gotten almost the same response all the time, ZoneAlarm and Comondo.
are these two firewalls any good? what firewalls would you recommend?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi,

These are both good firewalls and the ones that are mainly seen around this forum aswell.

I personally use Comodo Firewall on my main rig and the laptop aswell. I've never had any problems with it, find it really easy to use and it just simple works!

I've used both and they are excellent. I use Comodo at the moment but would switch back to ZoneAlarm in a heartbeat if they fixed the memory leak when using torrent clients.

I have also used Comodo for some time. It has lots of great features, gives detailed alerts and has any easy to understand interface.

The new download incledes a free Antivirus. So if you only want the wall. UNcheck the AV install option on the POPUp configuration window.
