Unless you pound the keyboard/mouse, I doubt it should make much noise.
Or if you're talking about in computer sounds, You can disable them in control panel.

Google roll up key boards, there are a few like in the link below. I have a friend with one for his laptop it has no sound at all, feels a little funny at first but works great.

in my experience most optical mice are silent, even the cheapies from walmart, so I dont get what ur asking for. if your mouse is making noise I suspect its malfunctioning.

Your question make me feel my mouse and keyboard are noisy also. I didn't pay attention to that before.

Most mouses will make *little* or *no* noises at all. If your looking for one that makes minimal, I'd suggest Optical Mouses. But really, you can't expect a keyboard to be *silent*. You might get one of those 100 dollars ones that make barely any noise..

You could always go Touch screen. no keyboard/mouse no noise.

My Blackberry storm makes no noise when typing.
