Batch to delete text

First, let me state for the record that I suck at any sort of coding.

Now, on to the question...

I need a batch file that when run under XP, will delete the last 10 lines out of a text file (.ini). If anyone here can be of assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
If you truly live by the sword, it only stands to reason that someone has to die by it.
