I had The Weather Channel desktop installed on my system. I removed the program but on every startup I get error messages.

The first says: "Invalid Backweb version id '6.32.62'."

The second is: "Unable to load library wxfw.dll. Attempted to load C:\Program Files\The Weather Channel FW\Desktop\wxfw.dll. Err code: 126"

Then the last one says: "Unable to load library wxfw.dll. Attempted to load C:\Program Files\The Weather Channel FW\Desktop\wxfw.dll. Err code: 126"

Once I close out these error messages everything is fine but I would like to get rid of them once and for all. The program has been removed via Add\Remove app.

Any help would be appreciated!

It might have still been running when you uninstalled it and you have some leftover orphaned items
Worth reading:

BackWeb can also appear in the startup list, Add/Remove Programs list and the registry under other names. Such as: ActivSurf, Backwebagent, hp center, HP Info Express, HP Updates, Kodak Software Updater, LDM, Logitech Desktop Manager, Sccenter, Updates from HP.

I would download Autoruns:
Look for anything pertaining to the problem and get rid of it

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
