Hi, I recently have been getting a popup on my desktop saying my computer is infected and I need to follow the address listed to remove it but I know its false and when I close the popup it comes right back. I have Norton antivirus and AVG free scanner but neither pick it up. I have also been having problems with a file Trojan.Vundo detected by Norton but after following Nortons instructions the trojan reappears. Please help me I am lost on what to do.

Here is the popup I have been getting.
