Can not installMicrosoft Service Pack

I have a Microsoft update called Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1, tried to install it but for some reason every other update is installed and after get a window saying that they were unable to install this one.

How can I get rid of it or what can I do to install it ?
