dr web problem

i downloaded free version of dr web... (freedrweb.com)
i started launch.exe then few secs later i get comctl32.dll error
how can i solve this??? comctl32.dll isnt missing...

comctl32.dll is a module that contains common GUI components used by Windows applications.
