Persistant BSOD

Iam persistently facing a BSOD error when Iam using my HP pavilion dv2601Tx laptop (System Configurations- Ram 1GB,Hard Disk 160GB and Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5250 @1.5Ghz ) . From the Event Viewer the

fault bucket is 0x7E_ATSwpDrv!ATUSBCycleUSBPort+9d, type 0.
Fault bucket 0x35_ATSwpDrv!ATUSBCycleUSBPort+9d, type 0
Fault bucket 0x7E_IMAGE_hardware_disk, type 0

My OS details

OS Name Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium

System Type X86-based PC
