Dell USB

Hello everyone can anybody help me ? I have a Dell Dimension 4700 Desktop my front USB's stopped working what can I do to fix them? Thank for your time

If you feel confident enough you can open up your PC case and make sure the wire running from your motherboard to the USB ports are properly connected. Do you see those ports in your device manager, to get to device manager Right-Click on your My Computer icon and click Manage then in the left window pane select Device Manager and you ought to see Universal Serial Bus, does that change when a device is plugged into the ports?
