I'm having trouble removing Trojan.Brisv.A!. i am using symantec antivirus. i downloaded the removal tool for it. but the scan doesnt even find it. yet autoprotect keeps bringing it up on two of my media files under my music folder. i tried deleted those as well. that didnt work either.

under the options for autoprotect when it pulls up the files, it doesnt let me delete, clean, quarantine. says it cannot find the files or something like that. please help!
