Computer Hijacked

My computer was hijacked and no longer recognizes me as the administrator, (seemingly) making it impossible to fix the problems. As as result of this problem, I no longer have Internet access. Is there any way to fix it or is it just hosed? Thanks!

In order to assist you, we need a bit more information from you:

What is your operating system: Windows XP, Vista, etc.?

What security programs do you have installed? Please name them.

What kind of internet connection do you have: Dial-up, cable, wireless, DSL etc.?

Do you use a router?

Are you or were you experiencing other issues other than the internet connection problem and not being recognized as the administrator? Pop-ups, redirections etc. Please be as specific as possible.
