dll issue

My computer has been giving me this I cant find odbcbcp.dll popup several times at start up recently. I have not installed anything new. Can someone shine some light on this or help to resolve this annoying issue?

If it's a genuine file reference...I would run sfc /scannow to replace/restore any damaged system files.

hamluis - thank you very much. This link was quite helpful and I have confirmed this is for sure NOT a virus or other nasty bug. It is a missing file from my service providers internet portal program. It looks like it will be harder to navigate their help pages then to exterminate a virus!!! Thanks again!
