My Internet is really slow... is ther a way in which i can make it faster, without usin money

If you have dial-up service, chances are that there is not much you can do to increase speed unless you happen on a faster phone number or find a better ISP.
If you have DSL, you can ask the service department to run a speed test for you, which would detect any transmission problems.
