I have been having this problem on my PC and my Nana's computer. Every time i try and save an image it only lets me save as a bmp. Which is bleep lol.

I want to know if there is a way that can guarantee that it will fix the problem as if i mess it up my dad will kill me. He is kind of annoyed at me for breaking the last PC with downloading. Anyway please some one help me  its been bugging me for a while now and want to sort it was as soon as possible.
Thanks

Deleting your Temporary Internet files will not harm anything, and is a good thing to do on a regular basis since they seem to aggragate very quickly and take up a lot of wasted hard drive space; do this especially just before you defrag.
