Hey everyone, I have a desktop icon that's named "Shredder", which I'm pretty sure was part of the Winferno piece of crap malware, that just won't let me delete it off my desktop. I've run malwarebytes, superantispyware, spybot, and avast, but it still won't go away, nor let me delete it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Well, just that quick did I find an answer online:

http://www.19.5degs.com/element/367.php <---That site told me that's where I could find the desktop icons to delete in the registry and sure enough when you look through them all the shredder icon was there. I just deleted the folder containing the icon and it disappeared!

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\
