I've been perusing the whole site and I'm happy to have found this resource. The "staff" seems personable and helpful. The members seem to have some idea of what's going on which is nice. I love trying to help family and friends with their computer problems which is why I'm excited about finding this resource and grateful to it's staff.
Thanks...Derek L.
