Hi all,

Starting about a week ago my computer began acting up. The primary symptom is an inability to select any menu items. For example, when running Firefox (3.05) I cannot click on any of the items on the menu bar. The only way to access these items is by selecting "alt" and the letter. Then I can click on any submenu item. I also cannot choose radio buttons (in IE7) or click links after a google search(IE7 only). The problem affects my machines in any running application. I have done several virus scans, spyware scans, etc... and nothing is found.

This is now happening on two PC's...one running Windows XP64, the other running Windows Vista Home Premium. They are not networked together.

I have even taken the drastic step of reformatting the hard drives on both machines and reinstalling the OS and applications. The problem persists. Any ideas?
