i cant save my work in winISO since everytime i try to save it gets an error and 'says cannot open avi'
help :thumbsup:

Are you using Spybot Search & Destroy?

It seems that there are some problems associated with Spybot S&D updates. Have you updated it recently?

No, I doubt that this has anything to do with the registry, and I would suggest not running registry cleaning tools, it they are used improperly they can render your computer inoperable.

sorry to double post but does anyone recommend uninstalling spybot first then do my stuff with winISO then install spybot again?

You can certainly try it, but it will not fix the problem. I'm having a difficult time finding information that is current to this problem, most of what I've found goes back to 2007. You can help with this search if you feel so inclined, google "cannot open AVI". There is a lot of material out there, I will keep looking.

If you are using the Teatimer function in Spybot, try disabling it

i've already uninstalled spybot

I'll just try another way to accomplish my job, but if anyone has a solution it would be great if it would be posted here, so that people who has or will have the same problem could find their solution here. :thumbsup:
