siig sound card audio broken skips

i have installed 3 new sound cards, and and taken two back to fry's
currently i have a siig sound card and the audio from itunes is broken
up and skips. any help appreciated.

System specs?

How much RAM installed?

What CPU?

How large hard drive? How much free space on drive?

Is the audio acceptable everyplace/everytime other than when using iTunes? You can play tunes which are on the hard drive with no problems?

Did you install the correct drivers for the sound card?
