When I say go into amazon looking for product and it gives another link option I click on link and internet shuts down and restarts. If I try to shop at tesco I click on offers then click on item to add to shopping list internet shuts down and starts again. If I go into my emails I can read them but if I want to reply the internet shuts down and restarts. Spoke to I.T expert at work who recommended cclean to scan downloaded ran but it did not make any difference. Colleague then recommended eset nod32 software, purchased and downloaded, scanned and found 30 serious threats which it could not clean delete or quaranteen. Sent email and they now say scan software in SAFE MODE I do not know how to do this the person sending email gave me this link to help me so here I am asking for help...please. I have an HP Pavillion 900 wireless connection. Thank you.

Restart the computer and after the initial screen shows, start tapping on the F8 key. Next a screen will show asking to choose various selections. Arrow up or down to select Safemode and hit the Enter key
