I just wanted to tip my hat off to you and your Combofix. I got hit with a nasty virtumonde virus and my computer was fubared to the point my windows authentication was removed. AFter many hours last night and early this afternoon running Avast, SpyBot and Ad Aware I tried your combofix and it worked like a champ. Well done

I will say this, I picked up this virus from Facebook and in less than a minute I had a total of 12 trojans, although I think some were false....This is the 3rd time in the past few months I have been hit by malware on Facebook and Myspace.

You are very lucky!

This warning is for others.

ComboFix is an extremely powerful tool which should only be used when instructed to do so by someone who has been properly trained. ComboFix is intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for private use. Please read Combofix's Disclaimer. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.
