Hey all.

I am new here, so I hope I am posting in the correct place here in the forum. Anyways, I have an Acer Aspire 7520 Laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium (SP1), AMD 64 x2 Mobile Technology TL-60, 2.00 GHZ with 2 GB or RAM and a 32-bit Operating system. For a while now my computer has appeared to be slow and laggy, even when I am doing nothing. I even posted on this forum (I think) a HijackThis log to see if someone could find something chewing up resources on my comp I did not know about. Searching the internet today I found NHC, Notebook Hardware Control, a program to measure CPU temp amongst other things. I downloaded and installed it, ran it and immediately it told me my computer temp was over 80 degrees Celsius. I know that's not good but sadly I do not know what to do about it. I have heard tips such as clean the fans and such, but I am not sure I "can" considering it is a laptop.
At this very moment the CPU temp is at 73 degrees, a low since I installed the program about 1 hour or so ago.
Can anyone help me as to what I should do with this? Is there anything I can do, or is my 1-year old laptop doomed to die an early death?
Thank you guys!

EDIT: I just realized.. I bought my laptop in Europe, so I have to use an adapter to plug it in the wall here in America, could that have something to do with this?

Try blowing the fan outlets and inlets out with some canned air.
Don't use a vacuum cleaner (static issues), nor an air compressor (too powerful).

Forgive me if I appear slow, but what is "canned air"?

It's a can that contains air under pressure. When you press the nozzle it shoots air out at a fairly high velocity. (also makes the can cold!)
You can get it at most electronics or office supply stores.
