I am having trouble with my computer when I restart it. It restarts and just the blank desktop shows up so I start the task manager and run "explorer.exe" from there and everything comes up. However, in addition a "my documents" folder also automatically pops up.

The computer also has recently become a little sluggish and CPU usage does shoot up to 100%.

I have run malwarebtyes anti-malware, ad-aware professional, and mcafee, but nothing has shown up.

Any suggestions on where I can go from here?
