I am not sure if this is the right place for this...sorry if not. I was reading an article and it was talking about browsers etc. and it had listed Avant, My IE2 (both work with the original IE core?? I think????) and Firefox.

Thoughts??? Ease of use?? Change or not to change?

TYIA,

Sorry the more I read in magazines and here it seems like the more questions I have

Definitely Firefox.

Once you get used to it, which doesn't take long, you'll never look back. In case you didn't know, you can use as many browsers as you want. So try them all and see which ones you like best.

A couple of others:
Mozilla
Opera
Flashpeak SlimBrowser
Avantbrowser

I have had Mozilla as my default browser for several years, not only because it is a safer application, but because it is a better, and faster, browser. ( I also use the email client instead of OExpress).

John

LA Princess you will still have IE and need it to get the MS updates. (Funny how MS refuses to get web compliant.) Anyway a good shell to use over IE is AVANT.
