Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Susan here, my first blog and visit to this site.

My daughter's laptop has a couple of trojans (maybe more). This morning on trying to fix I cannot get passed the login in windows start up as the computer logs me directly back out. Can I get in and work on it some other how? I still haven't fully paid the tech guy from her last laptop situ (he said the second most infected computer he had EVER witnessed!
