I hope somebody can shed some light on this. I am not sure where to post this. This happens when I boot up. I just added Firefox preloader, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I Googled this and it came it with nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Norton is probably seeing the preloader as malware. Why do you need the preloader? The Firefox I use loads in about 0 .30 of a second. I would get ride of the preloader unless you are on a dialup.
