Before I update to SQL Server 2005 SP3 (KB955706) I would like to know if any body has done so and how well it works.

And, what is its purpose?

I keep getting "updates Ready" notices but this update won't install and the nagging notice won't go away!

OK, I should have followed the forum further down. Check the last post to: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...p;hl=SQL+Server

I haven't tried deleting C++ and a search doesn't find it anyplace in my computer.

Is there a simple solution that works?

Charlie
