Computer works fine on normal lcd monitor, but it wont play any games when I plug it up to a Plasma screen TV using an HDMI Cable. It's got all the latest drivers etc, but for some reason when plugged up to Plasma tv the tv/games never seem to detect that I have graphics cards.

Any ideas what it is and how to fix it ?

Are you sure the graphics card can use HDMI? Even if you're using an adapter, it doesn't necessarily mean the card will display HDMI.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure you have to change a setting to make the graphics card display through HDMI. Using the ATI software (catalyst control center) or the Nvidia software there's a setting you can change.
