windows cannot find RECYCLER

hi about two days ago i got this message and i dont know how to fix it or why its caused?? can someone help me? im running XP sp3. everytime i try to open my C: drive or E: drive and F:Drives i get this message i think its rare that it has .com at the end and the numbers are different eveythime i try to open my drives Dont know if its a real error or a virus sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.i attached a pic of the errorAttached File  untitled.PNG   85.51KB   98 downloads

There is a recycler virus spread through the autorun.inf in flash and thumb drives
