I am the only User on my computer. I have the only user profile. Is it normal to see my profile AND and Admin profile when I start up in safe mode?

Yes, there can be a few hidden profiles on the machine
You have just posted a HJT log.
It is asked that you do not make any changes to the computer unless asked to do so by the hjt team member who is working with you
I realize no one is helping you yet, but that is still the protocol

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
