I've never owned a computer before so I will be needing alot of help now that I have one.

As a word of advice, the very first area you should be concerned about is computer security. The internet is indeed an awesome place, but it can also be a dangerous one. Take some time to thoroughly understand best practices, as noted in the pinned post below:
