I am currently running Windows XP Home Edition (SP3) on a Dell Dimension 5150 with a 3.00GHz Pentium 4 Processor with 1 GB of RAM. I am currently running Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 with Malwarebytes' as a last resort (I hardly use it). I have run scans recently, and Malwarebytes found some registry values which are considered to be adware. I have a lot of programs running on my PC, and i just want to double check my system's cleanliness.

This is my first post on a Tech forum, so just tell me what i am supposed to do. Thanks.
