I Have a computer that is infected with the Sasser Worm. I am running Windows 2000 Pro on this computer. Each time I try to boot the computer I get the following error message,"C:\WINNT\System32\lsass.exe 'terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. The system will now shutdown and restart.

Since the system will not boot up into hte operating system, I made a bootable Trinity Rescue Kit CD, went into the BIOS and changed the boot order to allow the CD TRK disk to boot first. I then, select scan for viruses. It seemed to have found a few and cleaned them, but when I removed the CD and tried to allow windows to boot normally, I got the same error message as mentioned above. Is there any other suggestion or guidance anyone can give me?
