I've run Webroots AntiVirus and Spyware program several times and each time the Mal/Behav-172 was Quarenteened and then deleted, restarted as requested only to find it there again on rescan. Now ...... the Troj/Virtum-Gen has appeared too. I have McAfee installed and Firewall Protection and Identity Protection turned on. McAfee hasn't recognized either when I ran it's virus scan........ (should I uninstall McAfee and try...... say Norton?) I'm including the attached files you required. I'm a novice on the PC and didn't know how to zip the 'Attach' file.... I hope this isn't a problem.
Thanks so much for your help.
