comes up when I click on the program, in the task tray, in the bottom righT corner but I can't find it---?? Does

anyone know where I can find it or do I have to scour the stores looking for it the new software? How did this happen in the first place---one day everything

was fine, turned the compurter on the next day and there was the message.

Thanks,
