does anyone know a guaranteed way to get infected with Antivirus 2009/360, or any of it's variants?

i have been trying to get infected with this, but can't seem to get it.

To destroy (well really annoy) your own PC, or are you practicing removing it.
i suggest if you are practicing removing it to try on a Virtual PC,
you could probably just Google for it

We are trying to find a standard removal procedure for as many variants as possible.
We have been trying all day to get infected, but with no luck.
