Whenever I right click on a file, it takes 59 seconds for the context menu to appear. If I click on the desktop, or an .exe file, it comes up immediately. This happened after installing service pack 3 for Win XP. Unfortunately, SP3 caused everything to go really slow, so I uninstalled it. Everything else is OK, just the right click taking 59 seconds on files (folders are OK).

This can be due to Context Menu items. Try ShellExView. It allows you to edit your context menus.
