Can anyone tell me how to open this ?

I received it attached to an Email

I am pretty sure it is a Holiday Greeting Card.

It appears I need a download to do it, would that be correct ?

Thanks Garmana,
I placed it in the Recycle Bin, I have never met the person, but, I have told him that I could not open it, etc. He really gave no advice, etc. it's hard to believe it would be an unfriendly,
I am still curious I did scan it I think with AVG, and believe my AVG virus scan was on at the time I received it. What would you suggest in researching the dilemma further ?

Weatherman,
It was on my desk top, I did try to open it but could not get it open, nature of the original post, from there I opened the properties and posted them.

Further;

The person was a prospective business contact, whom I contacted was on my mailing list and received a X-Mas greeting form me, I assume that the courtesy was returned, and is the reason I have received a greeting from someone who is basically, not very well known by me. I don't understand why this appears to be a Jpeg, I mean what would a legitimate Windows Command Processor, "Attachment", look like ?

Is there any way to scan and detect this threat ? Like with AVG SpyBot or MMAB ?

I have it in my Recycle Bin.
