Ok so basically a few days ago I turned on my laptop and, all of a sudden, this weird thing came up. All dark colors became reds, light color became blues, and other strange happenings. Please see the linked pictures, and, yes, all those reds and weird horizontal lines are real. Anyone with any help please let me know because I really don't want to buy another laptop.

Also the colors that are now light blue are like... moving. They look like a conveyor belt.

Video driver corrupt - update driver
What is the make and model of the computer?
If possible, plug into a monitor to rule out the laptop screen
