malware or virus problem

Hi, please help if you can! i've tried ad aware, sbybot, windows defender, all of which will not run in safe mode. This problem also causes some web pages and searches to be redirected. I am not able to download hijack this but I put it on a cd from another computer and was able to run it. here is the log. thanks so much for anyone taking their time to look at this!! :D

This problem prevents my searches or redirects and prevents downloads and scans in safemode.

The current formatting of your log makes it difficult to read. Please open Notepad:
On top, click Format >uncheck Word Wrap.
