I downloaded this program and was able to run it once. Now when I run the scan, it locks up about 90% through. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it still is locking up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Try the older version of HJT downloadable from here.

In addition to the scan from HJT ver 1.98.2, also please:

Please download ServiceFilter.zip from here.

Extract the zip file to C:\ServiceFilter. Inside the C:\ServiceFilter directory will be a file called ServiceFilter.vbs. Double-click on the ServiceFilter.vbs and OK the info window that opens. (If you have a script blocker that complains, tell it that this one is OK) When the script finishes a wordpad document should open with the unknown services listed in it.

Copy and paste the document text into your reply.
