Hi,
My dad set up my computer and he has it running with Fox Fire and IE. The computer runs very slow. My question is: Is this causing me a problem?
Thanks

The two browsers are compatible so there shouldn't be any problem.

What kind of connection are you using to get online?

Here's a tweak that you can use to speed up Firefox.

In the address bar type in about:config, a page will open with a warning that this may void your warranty, click on I'll be careful, I promise.

In the filter bar type in each of the following and change their values, to change the values double click on the false and numbers.

1. network.http.pipelining Set to true

2. network.http.pipelining.firstrequest Set to true

3. network.http.pipelining.maxrequests Set to 32

4. network.http.proxy.pipelining Set to true

5. nglayout.initialpaint.delay Set to 0

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
