When I startup I get a popup that reads (C:\windows\system32\lifkemmc.dll). I have used Adaware, Spybot, AVG, malware. How can I get rid of this?

It's probably something left over from the virus removal. Go to Start, then Run, type "msconfig" and go to the startup tab. Look for an entry that looks like that and uncheck it and restart.
