What version of Lotus 123 are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?
On your computer, have you changed anything in the last couple of months?

Was it part of SmartSuite? Do you have Wordpro?
Does version 97 sound right?

I need you to check if a couple of files exist on your computer:
Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:
How to see hidden files in Windows

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files, let me know in a reply to this if they exist:

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
c:\windows\system32\config.nt

Also, try to run a scandisk to check your disk for errors.
