The cd writer on my computer wont open up. I think that a cd is out of place. When I push the button to open it, I hear it start to go, but it sounds like a cd is keeping it from opening. Any help would be great.

Welcome to BC
Take a paper clip and straighten it out. somewhat Look closely underneath the tray, usually on the left, and you will see a tiny hole. Insert the paper clip and give it a strong push. That should release it enough to where you can get a hold of if and pull it open the rest of the way
